At Whitetail Country Estates, we provide so much more than just a wedding barn. In addition to our vintage barn to celebrate your reception and our grand southern pergola for your ceremony, our facilities allow you a space to host an entire wedding weekend including rehearsal dinner or gift opening brunch. Our on-premises lodging allows you to make your wedding a weekend to remember as you host your family or wedding party in our beautiful Bridal Cottage and Whitetail Lodge instead of spending time traveling to and from hotels or meeting in sterile hotel conference rooms. These options are available to add to our Once Upon a Time Package to make your wedding a weekend to remember with those you love most!

Bridal Cottage Day of Event - $500

Provides a beautiful place for the bride and her attendants to gather, spend time between pictures and the ceremony and get ready for the special day.

  • Accommodates up to 12 (bedrooms may be used as a dressing room, does not include bed)

  • On-site salon for use with your hair/makeup providers

  • 2 full and 1 half bathrooms so you don’t have to waste precious time making a trip back to town after decorating before pictures and the ceremony

  • Full kitchen for preparing/serving breakfast or lunch during the days activities

  • Space to keep your personal things out of the elements


Bridal Cottage Weekend - $400/night, 2 night minimum

Make a weekend out of your big event by arriving on Thursday or Friday, enjoying an evening or two with your attendants before the big day, decorating at your own pace and then having a beautiful place to spend your first night as husband and wife.

  • Accommodates up to 12

  • Check-in is 8AM, Checkout is 11AM

  • On-site salon for use with your hair/makeup providers

  • 2 full and 1 half bathrooms with plenty of room for you and your attendants to get ready for pictures and the ceremony.

  • Full kitchen with all necessary serving items for hosting breakfast/lunch.

  • Provides a relaxing, peaceful setting to spend time with your attendants and prepare for the weekends events

  • Allows you to start your honeymoon right away with an overnight stay in the beautiful bridal cottage on your wedding night


Whitetail Lodge Day of Event - $600

Great space for groom and groomsmen to gather, hang out between pictures and ceremony and get ready for the big day!

  • Accommodates up to 15 (no access to bedrooms)

  • Living room and game room with big screen TVs

  • Full kitchen for serving/preparing breakfast and lunch.

  • 2 lower level bathrooms with shower facilities

  • Clothes rack to hang tuxes and other items

Whitetail Lodge Weekend - $750/night, 2 night minimum for weddings otherwise it is a 3 night minimum

Make a weekend out of your big event by arriving on Thursday or Friday, enjoying an evening or two with your groomsmen, setting up at your own pace and then having a place for your family to sleep the night of the wedding.

  • Check-in is 8AM, Check-out is 11AM.

  • Accommodates up to 15 ($30/extra person up to 27)

  • Full kitchen with amenities included. 

  • 6 full bathrooms, including handicapped accessible

  • Provides a great place for the bride/groom family to crash after a long day celebrating

Rehearsal Hall - $800

A decorated space perfect for hosting the rehearsal dinner and/or a gift opening brunch, as well as a space for the bridal party to hang out before their grand wedding reception entrance. 

  • Includes round table seating for 80

  • Full access to serving kitchen

  • Decorations provide for use

  • Linens available for an additional fee

6 Camping Spots with Water/Electric (110 watt/30/50 amp) - $40/night (plus 7% Sales Tax), 2 night minimum

Have your guests enjoy the convenience of being on site during "your" big event, while having the familiarity of home with their own camper.

  • Check-in is 8AM, Check-out is 11AM.

  • 6 spots, all featuring water and 110 watt and 30/50 amp electrical hookup

  • Public bathroom with shower on premises.

  • Campers/RVs/Tent camping.

  • No more than 6 people may occupy one camp spot.

All of our facilities are heated and air conditioned. Our vintage barn has public restrooms available for your guests, Whitetail staff is available to shuttle guests between ceremony and reception on limo carts. All prices are based on 200 guests and include setup/teardown, trash removal, tax and security services.


Lessee will provide Lessor with Proof of Liability Insurance on the property prior to the event in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000) naming Whitetail Country Estates, LLC as an additional insured.


Lessee must also provide proof of purchase of a Waiver of Subrogation. This event insurance can be purchased online at

No animals are allowed except for certified service animals.


A $500 refundable damage deposit and signed contract are required to reserve your date. Please note that damage deposit is not limited to $500, but is refundable if no damage is present.


All band, DJ and alcohol consumption ends at midnight. Guests must begin to depart at midnight and all must be gone by 12:30am.


No food shall be left in the Vintage Barn overnight. Leftover food may be stored in the refrigerator inside the Reception Hall. Make sure to bring storage containers or ask your caterer if they will provide storage containers.


We ask that all decorations are removed from the Vintage Barn by 10:00AM the morning after the event to allow our cleaning crews ample time.


It is the sole responsibility of the Lessee to obtain any and all necessary and appropriate alcohol/liquor licenses from the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division (866) 469-2223.
